As the firm’s senior partner, Chuck uses his extensive experience in the areas of real estate and transactional law to assist our clients with advanced Bankruptcy Planning, guiding them down the path toward financial stability. Admitted to practice in CO, he graduated from the University of WI with a BA in Political Science and received his Juris Doctorate from Regent University Law School in 1994. Chuck has been married to his wife, Beth, for 25 years and they have 7 children together. He enjoys sports and exercise, and is involved in his local church and community outreach activities, including volunteering his services at the Salvation Army legal aid clinic.

Tim, who is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Arizona, earned his law degree from Denver University and his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado. Having spent the first decade of his career as a corporate lawyer, Tim has been able to apply the principles he learned there to assist our clients with the complicated details of bankruptcy law.

An associate attorney with the firm, Clark earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his undergraduate degree from California State University, Sacramento. Taking advantage of Colorado’s natural resources, he enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, and hiking, and is actively involved with his church as a Sunday School instructor. Clark lives in Thornton with his wife, Kristin, and infant son, Wyatt.
